Grant Services
Build a grant pipeline—not another last-minute application.
Smith & Sewell helps growing businesses and mission-driven organizations identify the right funding opportunities, submit stronger applications, and build a repeatable grant system that gets smarter with every submission.
01The problem isn't always grant writing
Grant funding shouldn't depend on somebody remembering to search for grants.
- The opportunity gets forwarded three weeks before the deadline.
- Someone scrambles to find old narratives.
- Finance starts hunting for budgets.
- Leadership rewrites the same organizational history again.
- Then everyone holds their breath.
We build the system behind the application.
Your organization gets a reusable grant profile, a qualified funding pipeline, stronger institutional materials, and a team that understands what you've submitted before.
Every application should make the next one easier.
More qualified opportunities. Stronger applications. Less scrambling.
02Our approach
We don't believe every grant is worth pursuing.
We evaluate alignment before we write.
If an opportunity doesn't fit your organization's mission, eligibility, capacity, or funding strategy, we'll tell you. If discovery shows a grant isn't a fit, we refund you in full.
Because winning starts with choosing the right opportunities.
